Gary Holt

GARY HOLT is both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant. A graduate of University of San Diego School of Law, Gary started his career in the tax department of Ernst & Young and then spent several decades in private law practice with an emphasis on business formation and compliance, estate and tax planning, tax problem resolution, and exempt organizations. He has an extensive background in trust and estate administration, and significant experience in business transactional law and tax planning for high net worth individuals. Gary has enjoyed three decades of creative and effective estate planning for a diverse client base and is excited to bring his wealth of tax and estate planning experience to the Coachella Valley.
